1 - Open the bolt to cock the rifle.

2 - Set the safety lock to middle position, pointing straight up as shown in figure 2.

3 - Set the magazine cutoff lever in its middle position.

4 - Pull bolt to rear of receiver.

5 - Remove bolt from receiver.

6 -Figure 6 shows the bolt sleeve lock.

7 - Depress bolt sleeve lock and unscrew cocking piece and sleeve by turning counter-clockwise.

8 - Figure 8 shows the bolt sleeve and striker assemblies.

9 -  Make sure the striker is firmly pointed into a firm surface. Turn the safety lock to the off position, allowing the striker to move forward.

10 - Grip the serrated firing pin sleeve and pull back until it fully clears the rear of the firing pin rod.

11 - Separate the striker from the firing pin rod by moving the striker to the side.

12 - Remove the cocking piece and firing pin rod from the bolt sleeve.

13 - From the rear of the bolt sleeve, punch out the safety lock.

14 - Turn the extractor clockwise until it clears the groove at the front of the bolt. Push the extractor forward as shown in figure 14.

15 - Remove the extractor.

16 - Slide the extractor over the T mount on the extractor collar.

17 - Slide the extractor down onto the bolt and move it counter-clockwise until it is in the groove at the front of the bolt.

18 - Place the safety lock into the rear of the bolt sleeve.

19 - Between the safety lock and the safety lock plunger there is a small spring actuated pin. You will need to depress it with a small flat blade screw driver to get the safety lock back into to original position in the bolt sleeve.

20 - Insert cocking piece and firing pin rod back into rear of bolt sleeve.

21 - Place safety lock in off position as shown in figure 21.

22 - Slide main spring over firing pin rod.

23 - Place firing pin sleeve over main spring and apply enough pressure so striker can be reattached.

24 - Once striker is reattached, apply pressure on bolt sleeve compressing main spring. Move safety lock to middle position.

25 - Insert striker assembly into bolt sleeve.

26 - Turn bolt sleeve clockwise until it is necessary to depress the bolt sleeve stop. The bolt is reassembled.

27 - Depress magazine follower and return bolt to receiver.

28 - Return magazine cutoff switch to original position.

29 - Set safety lock to off position.
